Background on ASEAN Cooperation
ASEAN Charter is a constitution for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), adopted at the 13th ASEAN Summit in November 2007. Following this charter and the Bali Concord II ASEAN adopted blueprints to establish the ASEAN Economic Community, ASEAN Politicial-Security Community and the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community.
