2-5 May 2012 – Manila/Philippines – ADB’s 45th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors - FES Support for Global Unions

Public Services International (PSI) is engaging the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in a dialogue on violations of core labour standards and the promotion for a permanent labour desk in ADB for more than five years. Over the years, more and more issues like the Financial Transaction Tax, inclusive growth or green jobs were discussed with ADB and more and more partners from Global Union Federations (GUFs) got involved. Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) is supporting the participation of trade unionists in the 45th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governor of the ADB.
